Operator Functionality
OpMinder℠ will help keep operators on track with several features and tools all tailored to what they would want to see when handling events.

Activity-based Rules for Each Event
You select the key performance activities and OpMinder℠ will track them for you and remind you when it is time.
Visual Rule Prompts
OpMinder℠ will simplify your standard operating procedures. Whether you want to track 50 or 250 rules, we’ll configure, prioritize and track them for you; providing visual reminders when specific activities are associated with an event type.
Countdown Timer and Priorities
OpMinder℠ is configurable based on your operations requirements, including a visual countdown timer on specific activities. This feature will provide your Operators with the reminder they need to help get events completed more efficiently and before deadlines.
Activity Management
Allow Supervisors and Managers to dismiss activities, and allow Operators to acknowledge pending activities in the OpMinder℠ Active Flags section to serve as a real-time to-do list, making sure no critical steps are forgotten.
Events Management
Keep track of ongoing and recently closed events with a central location to view event details and rule activations / error flags, as well as full historical chronologies.
Workload
As a Supervisor or Manager, keep an eye on how many events each Operator is handling and how many activities are pending for each, providing a way to more accurately see how much each Operator has on their plate.
Role Based Functionality


Access to OpMinder℠ can be configured based on the type of account login: Operator, Supervisor, or Admin.
Operator Access
Operators will be shown their own events only in the Activities and Events pages, allowing them to focus on their own pending activities. Any activities they acknowledge will be recorded, but still be visible by the supervisors for additional reminders.
Supervisor and Manager Functionality
OpMinder℠ allows Supervisors and Managers additional access to dismiss active flags to help Operators, see overall performance with the workload pages to help load balance, and pull reports to get detailed and overall information of performance.
Reports Suite
OpMinder℠ can produce meaningful reports based on date ranges, operators, events, rule types, or summary performance reports to help keep track of operators.
Configurable Rules and Timers
Admins can easily configure which rules are enabled in OpMinder℠ as well as activity descriptions and thresholds.
User Management
User accounts in OpMinder℠ can be managed within the application or via existing Active Directory systems.
