Adam Moser has spent more than 20 years designing, integrating, testing, operating and maintaining Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and advanced signal systems, including Adaptive Signal Control Technologies (ASCT). He has performed these tasks as an employee in both the private and public sectors. His experience in these areas is unparalleled throughout the southeast. Adam’s experience is highlighted by working directly for Pinellas County Public Works in Florida, overseeing their TMC, ITS/ATMS, and adaptive signal system programs and as project consultant manager of the Statewide Arterial Management Program.
